WARRANTY and RETURNS

Digitechstore.com Return Policy:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is not working properly; Digitechstore.com offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt for exchange for the same item.
Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service.
Please E-Mail us at techsupport@digitechstore.com with a description of the problem and we will promptly respond with return / warranty information to get your item exchanged or repaired at no extra cost.

DIGITECHSTORE COMPANY RETURN POLICY
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns
Any Merchandise Returned without a Valid RMA (Return Authorization number) will be returned and declined and send back to the sender.

Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.
Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.


A) Special Orders, TV's, DVDR's, all Manufacturer Sealed Items, (if a sealed is broken/torn can not be returned) Radio Scanners items can not be returned.
B) Opened and/or Sealed item returned unsealed are not returnable unless (very rarely) defective for a REPLACEMENT ONLY of the same item at no extra cost.

After 30 days, any products requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.

To obtain an RMA number:
1)  Please send an email to techsupport@digitechstore.com
2)  Provide the original invoice number, product being returned,
3)  Reason for return. Returned merchandise for a refund WILL be subject to a restocking Fee of up to 15%; please contact the RMA department for details.
Any coupon discount will be voided. If returned item was purchased using the "Free Shipping" shipping fees paid by Digitechstore to ship the item will be deducted.
. **Items ordered as Special orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All Warranty Exchange replacements are subject to product availability. If an exact replacement is not available upon testing, DigitechStore.com will substitute the product(s) with a similar, suitable, or upgraded product(s) of equal or greater value within 7 to 10 business days. If none of these options are available, DigitechStore.com will issue a full refund.

Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store)


1) Buyer remorse for refund: Buyer is responsible to ship the item back.
a) We will issue a Refund of the product minus shipping and handling fees a 15% restocking fee is deducted. (please allow 5 to 7 days to process refund)


2) If the item is found defective (All Items are inspected by our Tech Support Team for confirmation)
a) DigitechStore will issue a prepaid label to send the item back and send a replacement only

If a cash refund is requested instead of a replacement:
a)Shipping fees are not refundable
b)15% restocking fees will apply.

A. Yes, we accept all 3 payment methods.
We accept only USA Money Orders, not International Money Orders.

A. We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders placed before Noon Eastern Time, ship the same business day. Q. When will my item arrive?
A. We ship via UPS or USPS - We ship from VA, DC, PA, and FL. Eastern State destinations will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Midwest states will take 3-5 business days, and West Coast states will take 4-6 days.

Q. Can I get a tracking#
A. Yes, all orders are tracked. For your tracking#, eMail us at customerservice@digitechstore.com.

Q. Must I pay sales tax?
A. Only orders shipped to DC and VA pay sales tax. No other states pay sales tax.
