Q. Do you accept Money Orders, Bank Transfers, and Western Union Wires?
A. Yes, we accept all 3 payment methods.
We accept only USA Money Orders, not International Money Orders.

Q. When will my items ship?
A. We ship Monday through Friday. Most orders placed before Noon Eastern Time, ship the same business day.

Q. When will my item arrive?
A. We ship from VA, DC, PA, and FL. Eastern State destinations will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Midwest states will take 3-5 business days, and West Coast states will take 4-6 days.

Q. Can I get a tracking#
A. Yes, all orders are tracked. For your tracking#, eMail us at customerservice@digitechstore.com.

Q. Must I pay sales tax?
A. Only orders shipped to DC and VA pay sales tax. No other states pay sales tax.

Q. Are your products New or Refurbished?
A. 99% of our items are Brand New, come in sealed retail manufacturer packaging, and have a manufacturer's warranty. They are described as "New" or "Brand New". The few items marked "Factory Refurbished-renewed" come with a 1-Year replacement warranty from DigitechStore.com.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have the BEST WARRANTY IN THE BUSINESS. If your product is defective within 14 days of delivery receipt, we will pay the shipping back to us (see below).

Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.

To request a RA number to return an UNOPENED item for an exchange for something else or a refund* of the unit price- minus the shipping and handling fees. Buyer will pay shipping back to us. If an item is opened (factory seal is broken) we will not be able to accept the return. If there is a problem with the product the manufacturer will be responsible for correcting it.


Damaged Product: If your order arrives damaged please contacts us immediately.
Defective Product: If the product is found to be defective within the first fourteen [14] days after receipt of delivery you may return the merchandise for an exchange. You must return the defective product within 14 days of RA number being issued and, include original box, packaging and all accessories. We will pay the shipping back to us.
If product is Manufacturer Sealed and comes with a Manufacturer Warranty, you must contact the manufacturer to honor the warranty.


Open Non-Defective Product: To return an open, Non-Defective product you must request a RA number within fourteen [14] days of delivery receipt. All New non-defective returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and must be accompanied with a valid RA number. All packaging and accessories must be included and intact to be eligible for return. The value of any missing parts or packaging will be deducted from the refund. You will be responsible for all shipping charges.


Unopened Product: If the product is unopened you may request a RA number within fourteen [14] days of delivery receipt. With a valid RA number you can return the product for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

RA numbers will be issued after a review of order details and circumstances. We may decline to issue a RA number if any circumstances surrounding the order appear questionable or possibly fradulent. After issuing a RA number and receiving the returned unopened product, we will inspect the item, which must meet the following requirements: 1. Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely 2. Products must be complete with any standard certification labels (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) originally placed and not tampered with. 3. Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice. 4. Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals. 5. Products so labeled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with. - If the return fails to meet the above requirements, the return will be denied, We will photograph the item and packaging and send you a summary of the reasons why the return was denied along with the the item itself.


Obtaining RA Number: To obtain a valid RA number please email customerservice@digitechstore.com and include your order number, description of the problem and your contact information. You will be emailed your RA number with complete return instructions within 72 hours. Once the RA number is issued you must return the product within fourteen [14] days or the RA number will expire and shipment will be refused. All returns without valid RA numbers will be refused.
Items ordered as Special orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All Warranty Exchange replacements are subject to product availability. If an exact replacement is not available upon testing, DigitechStore.com will substitute the product(s) with a similar, suitable, or upgraded product(s) of equal or greater value within 7 to 10 business days. If none of these options are available, DigitechStore.com will credit the customer’s account for the price paid for the product(s) less shipping. Policies subject to change without notice.
