of 30 days from date of receipt for exchange for the same item.

COMPANY - POLICY
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns
Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless
Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable.
A) Special Orders, TV's, Manufacturer Sealed, Scanner items may not be returned.
B) Opened and/or unsealed items are not returnable unless (very rarely) defective
for a REPLACEMENT ONLY of the same item at no extra cost. If cash refund is
requested, original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable 15% restocking

After 30 days, any products requiring service, either warranty or otherwise,
should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
To obtain an RMA number:

2)  Provide the original invoice number, product being returned,

to a restocking Fee of up to 15%; please contact the RMA department for details.

DigitechStore.com will issue a full refund.
